We offer conference and meeting rooms that will turn heads and combine traditional charm and atmosphere with the latest technological capabilities to ensure everything runs smoothly and without delay. Our range of meeting facilities can be flexible and can accommodation conferences and meetings to suit groups in large numbers as well as small. We have five separate spaces for business and all of them cater to different groups with different requirements. Our rooms stem from the smallest, the Hepburn Syndicate Room, which has a boardroom environment and offers space for up to 12 delegate to the largest which is our Princess Royal Suite which can accommodate up to 200 delegates. We also a combination of our Princess Royal Suite and our large Hepburn Suite (with space for up to 120 delegates) for business parties who have a large event planned.
All of our meeting venues come complete with a range of facilities which ensure you can get exactly what you need for your business event. Many of our spaces are complete with their own private bar area adjacent to the meeting room itself and tea and coffee services can be provided. We have organised our rooms to ensure that all have natural light, ideal for ensuring delegates are engaged and motivated and don’t feel like they’re stuck in a stuffy, uninspiring space and our staff are always available to help ensure that your event is memorable and goes off without a single hitch.
