Christmas with The Royal Scots

Published By royalscotsclub on 01/12/2015

Join us at The Royal Scots Club this December for a fantastic line up of festive events.

We kick off our festive season with the annual Members’ Christmas Lunch on Wednesday 9 December where friends can enjoy lunch and other fun, such as a raffle, carols and mistletoe! This early Christmas Lunch is sure to get everyone in the spirit of the season and is a great way to begin this wonderful time of year.

The Christmas spirit continues the following Tuesday 15 December, when we will be hosting our special Candlelit Carol Concert. This event is open to non-members and will be hosted by the Reverend Neil Gardner of Canongate Kirk.

We are also thrilled to welcome back The Edinburgh Military Wives Choir for this event. They will be singing carols and taking part in a meet-and-greet at the end of the evening. As well as being able to chat with the choir, guests will be treated to wine and mince pies after the concert.

For members and non-members we are also taking bookings for Christmas lunches (starting from £20) and dinners (starting from £29), which will be offered in the dining room or a private room if preferred.

And if you’re looking to treat that special someone this Christmas, why not treat them with the gift of membership? What better gift than that of a chance to belong to this unique and elegant club?

It’s sure to be a fantastic December here at The Royal Scots Club and we’d be delighted for you to join us.

To apply for membership for yourself or as a gift you can call to request a membership pack on 0131 556 4270, or download membership forms here. This can either be returned via email to or by post.
