Charity Cookery Demonstration

27/10/2015

Published By royalscotsclub on 27/10/2015

A special charity cookery demonstration is set to take place at The Royal Scots Club on Wednesday 4 November in aid of Alzheimer’s Scotland.

The Royal Scots Club’s head chef Bremner will demonstrate his culinary skills as he takes guests through the cooking of a simple but delicious meal consisting of a starter and two mains, all in the name of charity. Those in attendance will sample each course after watching it being prepared in right in front of them by Bremner, who has previously appeared on STV Edinburgh.

All of the money raised from the evening will be in aid of Alzheimer Scotland and help them to continue the work they are doing to help those affected by dementia.

Alzheimer Scotland is the leading dementia charity in Scotland and provides a high quality of services for carers of people with dementia. They also campaign for the rights of people affected by the disease and take action to influence public policy for the benefit of those suffering from dementia.
