The facilities and atmosphere of The Royal Scots Club will surprise and delight. Each of our private rooms offers its own distinctive charm, making The Club the perfect venue for meetings, training courses, private dining and banquets.

The Douglas Room
A delightfully elegant room with period fireplace and large windows, which overlook Queen Street Gardens. Superb for boardroom meetings, drinks receptions, or that special dinner.
The table can be set with candelabra and silver centrepieces from our collection. Boardroom capacity can set up to 28, U and Eshaped up to 45, and receptions up to 50 people.
The Scott Room
Our smaller private room, yet with the same traditional features as the rest of the Club, The Scott room can seat up to 18 for smaller meetings and private dining.
The Dumbarton Room
A very quiet room away from the main Club traffic, this room is very popular for training and meetings. Can be set up in most styles, including reception for 50, boardroom for 20 or classroom for 20. Fully air-conditioned and has recently been fully refurbished with in-built conference equipment.
The Ellesmere Room
Located on the ground floor, with views across to the gardens, the Ellesmere is a charming room which can seat up to 20 for a meeting, and can accommodate up to 30 for a drinks reception.
The Hepburn Suite
Our largest events space, The Hepburn Suite is an entirely self-contained area with adjacent bar and catering facilities.
The Hepburn Suite can accommodate up to 150 guests in a reception or theatre style layout,120 for a formal dinner, or 40 for boardroom style. The room has natural daylight, complemented by overhead lighting. There is also a stage area and in-house PA system which can be used for entertainment or presentations.
Business Services
All of our private rooms have direct dial telephones and ISDN lines, and are wi-fi enabled. The Hepburn, Douglas and Dumbarton rooms are air-conditioned.
